Společnosti Leo Mobility a České dráhy se po vzájemných jednáních navazujících na rozhodnutí Evropské komise ze dne 29. 9. 2022 a na rozhodnutí českého Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže ze dne 10. 2. 2023, které nepotvrdily prověřovaná podezření o možném protisoutěžním jednání Českých drah na trati Praha – Ostrava, formou soudem schváleného smíru dohodly, že Leo Mobility nebude pokračovat v souvisejících sporech, a nebude tak nadále uplatňovat v soudních řízeních žádné nároky z titulu stanovení jízdného Českých drah na trati Praha – Ostrava. Společnosti Leo Mobility a České dráhy si od dohody slibují narovnání vzájemných vztahů a současně zlepšení podmínek pro další rozvoj udržitelné veřejné dopravy, který bude založený na principech zdravé konkurence v ceně a kvalitě služeb.
